I did find the turn lever its tied to the column already.

You mean the plastic end? Cuz the other end should have1small hole.

There isn't a plastic handle on the end?

 

yes it has the plastic end on it. The part that screws into the side of the column looks like you could rethread it

 

Hmm. All the columns I have here don't thread into shaft. There is a flat end and there's a hole for a screw that goes into the plastic part in the column. Maybe 64 is different than 65. You have a pic?
