Mike on #6 what if anything would i need to install on my 70 GS / Control arm swap? Put me as interested in the brakes. Or is this a Corvette only set up
They will go right on your stock control arms. They are standard GM drum spindles and hubs. They will not fit inside your stock wheels though. The calipers have a 1" overlay outwards towards the spokes. You have to specify this when choosing a wheel. Hope this helps ya

Frank,your second to Clint on the trans. To answer your question there isn't any runs on it. I pulled it out around 7-8yrs ago. Had it rebuilt and it's been sitting in my shop since. As far as parts go if memory serves me right it has Redline clutches,32 element sprag,tci shift kit,and governor ground for higher shift points.

Jan, the brakes will fit on your car. These are stock drum spindle,hubs,and wheel bearing off a 68-72 A body GM. Your stock wheels won't fit around them. The caliper has a 1" overhang outward towards the spokes. It has nothing to do with rim diameter. When ordering wheels tell the tech about the caliper overhang and he will point you in the direction of wheels you can use.
