Owner dash plate

    My brother has a 69 GS convertible that he is starting to restore. Below the glovebox is a plate that says "GS specially built for" and then a name. Is this normal for this year or does it warrant some more looking in too? I can post a picture if it would help.

    I have seen those on many 1960s Buicks ordered from the factory --especially Rivieras.
