Can you use a later style rocker set-up on a set of 69 heads or would I have to get a set of later heads and just rebuild those for a 69 motor? Thanks
You can, but then you have to plug the oil passages in the cyl head rocker pedestals that feed the pre-'70 shafts, switch to '70 & up hollow pushrods, and switch to '70 & up lifters that feature the pushrod oiling hole in the lifter cup. Devon
