hate to be "that guy" but the weather reports are not favorable. Dan/Bob/Lyndon do we have any option to have the track Sunday?
Normally every year, there is a Toys for Tots race going on the Sunday after the Pure Stocks. I will call the track to see if that is the case this year and post here what I find out.
Looks like we should have ran on Wed. and Thurs. How can Friday and Sat. be that bad??? Beautiful weather before and after........ Tom N
What weather forecast are you guys watching? I see a late day thunderstorm Friday(after we're done) Some showers overnight(big deal), light shower Sat morning then clearing? We should be able to get it in.o No: Where is our official weather savant, Jim Lerum?
I'm going with Tom's forecast! I talked with the track and I was told that it wasn't available Sunday, so we have to get our program in by Saturday evening. If time is really shortened, we will go with our back up plan. Staging lane one is for cars 12.00 and faster, lane two is 12.01 to 12.50, lane three 12.51 to 13.00, and so on. That way you can run against a car with a comparable e.t. for some fun racing. And then if weather and time allows, we will run Jim Maher's Pure Stock Challenge.
