This is how I do it. I don't have an after pic, but I plug and fill the heat channel with epoxy as it's unnecessary these days and the greater surface area provides a better gasket seal as the primary bores get thin when you open them up. I prefer to run a bigger carb/throttle body and leave the divider. The runners also need work, but they are usually all over the place depending on core shift. I also blend the runner inlets in the plenum as much as possible and taper the plenum down from the bores. Devil is in the detail. I do not have flow numbers for one of mine, but it picks up an easy 15-20hp on everything I have put one on. I sell them outright for $550, but I am down to my last 2 cores.
