I was having a converstion with some guy about ricers etc. I showed him a pic of a gs and he said "look mom, I've always wanted a boat", :af: I mentioned to him about the 510 ft/lb and he didnt' reply. Well anyway, here is part of the conversation we had. Well, he has a right to make fun of a car that has lots of torque, i mean, you know, a guy who has driven the worlds fastest honda doesn't know what the word"TORQUE" even means, because if thats all he's driven, he hasnt driven a real car yet!
I kept asking him for one but he just avoided me and kept talking about wings/lights/turbos/rims...well atleast he is good for a laugh
Yeah those people are fun to talk to because rather telling you things like quarter mile times they say dyno sheets and the such. Also when he mocked the Skylark and said 'his boys honda' (boy do i ever hate modern lingo grr) you should have just said "look ma i always wanted a sardine can" lol. Anywho it really doesn't matter though, you have a car that can actually make 550 at the rear wheels without a turbo (ala 455),supercharger, or 'nawzzz' as they like to call it.
