It has the nut on the top (or bottom, I guess), that some guys like on their high point restorations. It has that very period look, compared to a non-nut PF 7. For 1959 to 1965 BUICK, OLDSMOBILE, PONTIAC, and CADILLAC. This filter is in very good condition, with no paint issues. The price is $80.
