Does it blow a fuse only when the turn signal is set to one side, or for either side? Not sure what the fuse problem might be, but the parking lights stay in the body (both front and rear).

For the front, the sockets twist and pull out from the back of the lens - the lens stays in the body. edit: You'll have to reach behind the fender - easier if you get a creeper and slide under the car and look as you remove the socket. The front ones are exposed to the elements this way and it is not uncommon for the contacts to corrode. The rear side lights can be accessed inside the trunk.

However, corroded contacts won't blow a fuse. If the fuse is still blowing, you'll have to check for a short circuit somewhere. If you did anything to the car before this problem, recheck what you have done to make sure nothing accidentally affected your wiring.

If it started on its own I'd check the brake switch (you can't miss it, its mounted under the dash - the arm of the brake pedal hits it when pressed down). You could check every socket to make sure nothing is shorting the contacts inside. You can also check the module that makes them blink. After that you'll probably have to check the wiring itself.

I'm sure there are other areas I've missed, others will point them out.
