I was wondering how often you have rebuilt your solenoids? On a certain time basis? Also how long have you had them before you rebuilt them? Did you have problems that rebuilding ended up fixing?
I have had my NX system for over 5 years, and had been sitting on a shelf for 3 years while I built the new motor, I've never messed with either fuel or nitrous solenoids. I met a guru from NOS who suggests rebuilding every year no matter what. What do you think???
    Thanks, Gary G.

I would pull them apart every year and take a look at the teflon seal if it has a good groove where it seats you'll need to rebuild it.If the seal starts to pound out flow will be restricted. There is a special tool needed to remove the plunger where the seal is,it comes with the rebuild kits from nos nx I'm not sure. The seals will pound out really bad if your using a progressive if not they last for awhile.

What he said. Progressive controlers and high bottle pressures are hard on the seals. It sounds like your kit is working good and is picking up with the larger jets so i wouldn't be too worried about it. It can't hurt to change the seals though.
