Hello, I just bought myself a 1980 buick regal 4.9 L and was looking for opinions on it came with the 301 4 bbl with 123 000 km. what is the first thing I should do on it?

I see you have a small block V8. You'll want to ask any questions you have in the Small Block forum. The reasoning behind this is exposure. The people who know those engines are going to frequent that forum more, and in turn, will answer your question more thoroughly and quickly.
