I just purchased a 1971 Skylark. Been looking for a few years for a project car for my son and me. Been on this site for a few months but now it has real meaning.

I hope this father and son project builds some lasting memories. My son loves our '72 Skylark 4-door.

My father, grandfather and uncle all had 1970 skylarks. My son was born too late to meet his grandpa and great grandpa. So this is a way to connect. That's me with my mom's 1968 skylark. My uncle's green stage 1. My grandpa's blue gs. And an earlier pic of my uncle's 67.
