New to Buicks

    Careful, that's considered sacrilege around here!

    Frame pads may have to be moved, wiring changed due to distributor and accessory locations being different. Transmission bellhousing bolt patterns are unique for Chevy as well (not common with Buick/Olds/Pontiac/Cadillac).

    But why is the real question here? SBB ALL THE WAY! :laugh: Well unless you want a BBB motor, then that would be even better then a SB!

    Alrighty, here is the update, He thinks it is a 350 because the air cleaner says Wildcat 350 on it. I do not have the VIN, yet, but he will be giving me it so I can check on the motor.

    Ok, he FINALLY sent pics, I am uploading them all to photobucket right now, then ill post the link, tell me what you all think of it before i goto look at it!

    Looks like the '67 340 engine. Does it have four bolts per valve cover?

    Not sure, I havent seen it in person yet. Car is an hour away from me. Wanted to get everyone's opinion on it before I go and look at it. I have to DD it for at least 2 months.
