I have new pistons, tubing and motor for my conv top. The motor and tubing looks real easy to replace. The pistons....any tricks on switching those out. I don't really want to disassemble to entire top, even though I may need to for painting purposes.
Simple swap out. One bolt and nut at top and one pivot bolt at the top of the cylinder casing. No need to disassemble the top. Will require remove of back seat (both cushions) and lower rear panels
Thanks, I have the entire interior out. I am re-upholstering the seats. A lot of rust damage....I have had to repair some of the seats with spring material I bought.
