Smokey15 So old that I use AARP bolts.

Now we all know where ya live, Chris. So, next cookout, you can expect a few extra guests.:laugh:

Chris, another belated welcome to the group. I am a Buick owner in Fort Worth and acquired a 67 Sportwagon in April this year and love it.

We need to find a time and place for all us Texas folks to meet and I would suggest the Fall South Central Regional Buick Meet in Waxahachie on Friday/Saturday, September 11/12. Charity car show Saturday in a shaded park, $15 per car, awards dinner at local restaurant Saturday night. For info contact Dale Sherman, wdsherman@hotmail.com, 972 977 0420. Will be a lot of fun.

As it happens, I live in a town that has some of the best barbecue in the state of Texas. Maybe what needs to happen is a "Barbecue and Buicks" get together. :)

MAN that is a gorgeous wagon! Thanks for the welcome and I'll look into the Buick. Would love to make it!

    Best regards,

Thanks - like your LeSabre, too. My first car ever was my grandmother's 1972 LeSabre Custom 2-door. And man was that car green. Green all over. Green everywhere. Dark, deep forest green. :)
