NEW LOOKING FOR SOME HELP 4 door Buick LeSabre 1971

    HELP I AN NEW

    ok let me start by saying I an new to the Buick stuff.
    I have aNEW LOOKING FOR SOME HELP
    with a 350 - 4 The car runs good but if you go for a 10 minit run and turn it off for 15 to 20 minit it will not start
    it get folded or so it seams like it???? I do not know what's going on so some help would be great thanks
    just some more info on the car I work at a car dealer
    and the car was traded in and I got the car for $100.00
    that's right a $100.00 bucks the cars got 45000 miles on it if you know a good web site I might hind out as much about the car I can that would be great thanks the photo is me haveing some fun on photshop

    I think your car needs some springs, lol. It sounds as though something in the fuel line might be the cause of your problem.

    Get a buddy and have him look into the carb as your cranking the engine over and see if it's shooting any gas inside. Does it smell flooded when you're cranking it? Did you change the fuel filter? The fuel filter will be located right where the line goes into the carb. You'll have to take the main fitting out and the filter will be right inside. The only other things I know is there might be some air in the line, or the sock in the tank is messed up somehow. I never messed with the sock in the tank, but someone with more knowledge of the factory fuel system might chime in.

    Cool car man....I love the 71's! I sold my LeSabre last year. It was turquoise....4dr sedan just like yours. It's nice to see another one. I think you'll find all the info you ever need right here.
