It's needed a top since I bought it, but since I only have the top up when in storage, it could wait. New wheels were always on the "want" list, not the "need" list. Well, here's a before and after of the old top & 14" Super Sports vs new top and a set of Steves 15". Thanks Buddy. They look awesome!:beer

    It looks great....
was the top done by a shop and did you refurbish the top frame and seals.
What was your total cost on the Top.

Thanks! I redid the bows and seals myself, but the top was professionally installed. Can't say total cost. I agreed to the installer that if anyone inquired, to simply send them out to see him for a quote as every job is different. He doesn't want to hear "Well so and so told me he only paid X amount. Why is mine more?" I hope you understand. I can tell you it was fair and I'm happy with the craftsmanship. Shop is in Northeast Ohio if you are interested. He's super swamped with work, so don't expect to get in there any time soon.

Thanks! Car was a wire wheel/whitewall car from factory. I got it with 14" rallys on it. Then the Super Sports were a 2 year loaner. Now the 15"s... I should put full wheel covers on for a year or two, then down the road, maybe dog dishes. Run the whole gammut of options.

Looks great Kevin! Love that color combo. Are we finally going to see it in BG this year? How about some pics of the engine and interior?

Kevin - That looks sweet! Now I know why you liked driving around with the top down before. Were you cruising around Westlake about a month ago? A buddy of mine said he saw a sweet 70 blue GS ragtop driving around; I thought of you but who knows. If you go to Columbus maybe we can cruise together down there. A couple of GS convertibles rolling down I71 would be cool................

That was not me in Westlake Lon. Another friend said the same thing."Hey I saw you driving around yesterday." The car hadn't left the garage in a week or so. There's another blue, white ragtop around here somewhere! Driving to Columbus sounds great. See you before then I'm sure!:beer

Thanks guys. Like I stated, I only drove it with top down & boot covering it so the couple little rips didn't bother me too much, but compared to a brand new gleaming white top, it really looked dingy.
