Well, If you're gonna bother with an engine swap... If it were me, I'd drop in a 455. Fits nicely in a Regal, from what I gather. Loads more torque, and not a lot more money or trouble. You'll lose a little fuel economy, but with an extra 100+ cubic inches, what do you expect? - Freed
Well, besides the engine, you'll probably have to change the front springs to deal with the extra weight. If you are putting in a performance engine, the wimpy 200C trans and the 7.5" rear will not last long. The accessories from the V-6 should bolt right up to a 350. It would be a good idea to go over to the forum "Regals with extra cylinders", and ask the question there. You'll get plenty of help and answers for anything you need to do.
