My preferred method of dealing with the shipping costs., and overall transaction. 1. I estimate the shipping cost. 2. The interested party sends payment, including the estimated shipping amount. 3. If the shipping charge is underestimated, the purchaser sends the difference. 4. If overestimated, I include the overage payment with the shipment of the part. 5. I prefer a USPS MO as payment. I will also accept pay-pal but please include 3% additional for the fee. I estimate the shipping to be $28.00 to the lower 48. Also, I do not want to deal with the hassles of shipping outside the US. I have been there and done that, and have experienced to many hassles.mostly from the purchaser, but there is also added time for me to ship outside the US. Time I do not have.
