    Mike,
    I am continuing my quest(obsession my wife says) and found some things that may come in useful maybe not.:laugh:I found some prices for Stage 1 costs and some more info that you may be able to use for pricing.Also, I am trying to contact a guy named Jim Moorehouse in Pittsburgh that has a registry for4 spd Stage 1 cars and 4 speed 73-74 cars.I found the info in my old GSX-TRAS.I will see if he has any kinds of window sticker info and will be willing to share.He restored 2 73 cars and seems to know alot about these cars so maybe,we will get lucky.Any more info I get I will email it to you.

    Pat,

    Don't kill yourself looking for pricing and option codes because I have complete lists for '73. All I really need now are actual size copies of original '73 stickers so that I can accurately duplicate them. A color scan of one would be great so that I can tell what colors to use.

    It is not an obsession, its a sickness and I am also badly infected with it. My wife just shakes her head everytime I sit and read new info that I find....:Brow:

    It will still be interesting to see what info you have found.

    Mike,
    Just was touching base with you.I have found a couple things that will maybe help you out with the window sticker.I contacted Jim Moorehouse a few years ago and he sent me the pricing for 73 cars like the ones you must have.I too,have the same problem that when you add up the cost of the options that it doesn't add up to the price given by Sloan(Sloan price $3996.89 my addition$4004.00).Mine has Posi(G4) with 3.42 gears(G2).There is no listing for a G2 but G4 is listed.Says G4 is added in the A1 Stage 1 option but nothing in the 350.Also when you add the cost of special color cost to the price of the car(which mine is)its $113 more making the total $4117.00.I am confused unless they didn't charge the customer for all the options.Also If this does come to light the 4 speed tranny in my car is an M-21 not an M-20.I can scan these papers that I have then send them to you and if you want i'll copy them and send them to you in the mail so you can have a copy too.

    Pat,

    I am not sure what price list you have, but there were two different price lists for 1973, one released at the beginning of production and one effective on 6/1/73.

    G2 is listed as a N.E.C. (no extra charge) option in the 6/1/73 list and this is how it is worded:

    G2 - Performance axle (when ordered with A8, E1 must be specified) (Incl. in A1)

    A8 = Gran Sport Package
    E1 = Dual Exhaust (Avail. only with A8) (Std. W/A1-A6 or A9) (Requires G2 on 350 Cu. In. 2bbl engine) 4AD37

    The price listed on the Sloan document is the wholesale price with all included discounts, the price shown on the window sticker is the M.S.R.P price and it will always be higher. It is very hard to figure the wholesale price out and make it match the Sloan price since there were hidden discounts that may have been taken into consideration.

    No need to copy the info that you have, I think the price lists that I have are very complete, but thanks for the offer :TU:

    Rusty is very busy and he said that he would get me copies of his '73/74 stickers very soon. Once I receive them I can copy the format to make a repro '73/74 sticker.

    Thanks:beer

    Hi Pat & Mike,I have sent out the copies that I had,figured you would have them by now.Let me know if you do not have them by Friday and I will resend.Sorry for the delay in getting them to you but I had not planned on having to search for them in several different locations plus most of my free time has been spent doing bodywork on my "little ole lady" Skylark.

    Rusty,

    Received the stickers in the mail today...:TU:
    If you ever get the chance, post a photo of the back of the sticker so that I can copy the wording...

    Pat,

    I am working on a repro sticker format for the '73/74 cars right now. I will let you know when it is done.
