I was able to find a set of these for my '67 Riv........but the wires are missing. Before I make something, I thought I'd try to find a good harness here on the board. Thanks! :bglasses:
You could probably make one.. (edit, you said BEFORE you make oneou: ) It used the existing wire coming from the firewall, and then a slpitter is plugged into one of the horn plugs. I can get you a picture of mine if you hold tight:grin:
Pardon the ugly dirt:grin: Here it is all strung out...it just plugs into one of the horn wires and extends it to 2 more horns.
Thanks Adam, I was hoping for a "correct" one........(ah, what's the difference) I have a couple extra parts harnesses that I could perform some magic on if I have to. :bglasses:
Here's a shot of a correct one I pulled off a 1969 big car a while back. This is a factory piece and is correct for a car with the fourth note trumpet horn down by the fender, as opposed to hanging on the hood. Where does your trumpet go? Cut wire goes into the wiring harness -- same wire as for a two-note set up. Butt splice and it's good to go. Since I offered the horns to you before (note: if I do something like that again, just harass me a little and I'll follow through), this is a freebie if you need it. -- Steve
Wife: "When are you gonna start getting rid of some this car cr**?" Me: "I already am." Wife: "You're lying." Me: "No -- I just sold something today." Wife : "Oh yeah -- what?" Me: "A piece of wire." -- Steve
  Sometimes I leave a part on the living room floor for a couple days just to mark my territory p
I'm going to use that on my wife that the next time she comments about my service manuals & assembly manuals that are on the floor next to my recliner.
In the true spirit of e-bay: Piece has been disassembled, match-marked, numbered, coated with rust inhibitor, wrapped, padded, and crated up. Working on forklift rental and waiting for hot-shot freight liner. Yeah, the part is cheap, but all this handling is gonna cost ya. -- Steve
