I dont mean to hijack a thread here, but I have to show my ignorance on this. I didnt realize there was a difference in the gas pedals on a TH400. I just replaced my T300 with a 400. So what you are saying is that once the body is back on I need to change the pedal?
My car had a TH350 in it. The gas pedal has 'bracket' on it for the TH350 TV downshift cable that is interfering with the electric downshift switch for the TH400 that I have in it now. Instead of screwing with it, I just figured I'd get a pedal that was meant for the electric switch, which I haven't found yet. Anyone got one?
specman, i think all '68s have the same pedal and switch if it came from the factory with a th400 or not
