I'm in need of a bunch of parts which I will list below. Pleasee be reasonable with your prices, I'm 16 years old and I don't have much money to spend on parts. Front Bumper - the one I have right now is solid in terms of core, but its pitted too all hell and turning yellow. local prefered rear bumper - mine has a 72 bumper...lmao. i'd trade straight up if someone wants. local prefered hood release latch - is it suppose to look like a clothes hanger? Chrome Wheel Moldings - only if they are cheap clock - need a stock clock, mines dead. brake fluid reservoir cap (stock) front bench seat - must be saddle. must be local(ish) clean wing nut....mine is rusted to hell. BOUGHT drivers side door panel - saddle and good cond needed. Rear quarter emblems - BOUGHT Outside door handles - mine are kinda ratty looking, depends on the price. BOUGHT Stock Door Lock Pins - it has some stupid 8 ball ones on it right now. BOUGHT Stock Cigarette Lighter - Same 8-ball thing BOUGHT Window Crank - 3 of them is yellow, would like to replace then. Rear quarter refelctor and trim (1 side) - None came with the car BOUGHT Drivers Side armrest cushion - Currently ripped apart(saddle) Drivers Side doorpanel - ripped pretty bad, could really use a new one. Stock Radio - i have the cover but not the actual radio. Seat belts - some of mine are ripped. BOUGHT General weather stripping - including most of the windows Thank you very much!
Rubber around rear headlights - totally gone right now on one of them. >>Are you sure you have a 1971 Skylark and not a 1972? 1972 was the year Buick used the black rubber around the rear headlights.
We can help you out with a bunch of stuff. I think we have a 71 rear bumper, possibly front that wouuld be driver quality.
If you don't find one on this board here is a decent looking 1971 Skylark rear bumper: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/72-1...ptZMotorsQ5fCarQ5fTruckQ5fPartsQ5fAccessories
Hey you are in luck for whatever reason I have a cigarette lighter in good shape:Brow: How about 15 bucks + shipping? I am in the same boat as you at 17 years old.
