Can anyone help me I need to to take off the fenders off my 58 buick special and am clueless on how to does anyone know how or have pictures for this? thanks
Well, you can do it 1 of 2 ways... 1 way is to pull the whole nose as one clip, Usually a lot less bolts to take off, but you need to be sure all the wiring is unsecured from the inner fenders and all. You'll also need 2, 3 or 4 people to do it. The other way is how I did my Riv. Just keep hunting for all the bolts. Tag and bag them so you can put them back int he exact same spot they came out of. And save and mark every shim that you find. They have to go back in the exact same spots as well. It is time consuming, but not difficult. If you have good paint on the car now, you should mask the edges of the fenders and doors with several layers of masking tape to prevent chips.
