There should be a 4 digit model number starting with the numeral 4 on the cowl tag. For the 1961 tag you show I show : the last 6 digits is the seial or frame number 3 is a code for the assembly plant H is the 1961 model year code 6 is the body style. (Yes I know in later years "H" was the code used for the Flint plant )
