Hi guys, not much repsonse in the color is everything forum, so posting here. I need a measurement off a couple cars for comparison purposes, original cars preferred but not neccesary. I am looking for the distance between the windshield pillar and the door top edge where is passes by the pillar. If you walk up to your car from the side, butt a ruler up against the windshield pillar in the middle of its width (don't scratch the paint! ), how far out is the door? Basically I'm looking for the gap width there. I realize the doors are adjusted by lining up the bottom and aft gaps and this gap isn't really adjustable, but we may have a problem on my car and I am trying to verify the average gap...so far I have one response. On my stage 1 it is 3/8" both sides...give or take a little bit. Thanks! Tim
