Ok, Im stumped. I need to bend up 5/16" steel line in a 180 but it has to be in a 2" diameter . Trying to find a bender that will allow that. Anyone make something like that?

And aswered my own question! Imperial makes a bender that will bend a 5/16" steel line 180. According to the specs, the radius from center of tube will be 11/16" so doubling that will give me a 1.375 diameter . And it was $44 on Amazon. Now I cant wait to get it!

Or just find a pulley/sheath with a 2" diameter. As long as the line fits tight, it should keep the tubing from kinking.

Trick tools has some nice benders. I don't think they have any for $44 though.

Something like this? This is what I believe to be a 3/8" line, some kind of power steering return line to box. Have no idea what original apps were.

Got my new bender and I'm fairly impressed. Bent up a 5/16" line in a 180 in a 1 3/4" diameter.

It's an imperial 470FH. You can Google it. Bends 3/8" steel tube 180 in a 2 3/8" diameter

Max Damage I'm working on it!

I have a bender that bugs me, because it dents the tubing where it applies pressure. It's only a tiny visual defect , but it still bugs me. That one looks higher quality.
