My True 10.5

Here are some pictures of my 70. She is getting ready to get a 25.5 spec. Not a lot of people have seen this car. So here she is. Maybe one day she will run again.

Yeah it been awhile between a divorce a house and a new son ive been beat.

 

The motor was a 477ci stage3 I just sold it last nite.ou:

 

Very Nice! I Like IT! That NX rail nitrous kit is a nice piece. Should be able to shove a nice chunk of HP down that Buicks thoat. :TU: It doesn't look too far from being done.....

Sorry you had to go. You'll still have your work cut out even though you won't be trying to keep a Buick motor together. Those guys don't play around. I know they are spinning their motors about 8500 or so to run in the high 8's. Have FUN! We'll still be back here in Buick world for ya when you get tired of racing that Chevy. Buick stuff moves slow so it's not like you'll fall all that far behind.

Was that a Buick motor with the NX system on it in the picture? If so, who did you sell it to?

 

Rick It is killin me to do this but i have to go fast and some what reliable.my motor made some steam 1146hp over 900fttq but im going to give it hell:laugh: If that dont work ill spray the hell out of it and stay in osca org. its all 1/8 m. Yes that was my buick motor with the nx on it i never got to spray it I was a big puss I sold the motor to deepstage in chicago minus nx vac pump and fuel reg for 8500.ou:

 

I have killed mine with 460HP of nitrous on the stock crank. It is sad to say that my main issues have been machinist related or getting my butt kicked by a stupid switch. My short block has been very good to me. For $8500, I would have sprayed it until it went in the pan and and sold off the parts for that....:laugh:

 

If i didnt sell the motor anytime soon I was going to come out and play at the nats I wanted to take the crown away from you:laugh: :laugh: but im glad i sold it to redeem some cash for my new crossbreed:laugh:

 

Don't worry, the crown ain't going anywhere.You can always come get some if that "genade" don't scare you. Sounds like and excuse anyways..... The only thing you would have hurt on that motor would be a set of pistons from trying to catch me.....At least that is my story.....:beer
