Picked this cream puff up on Wed. I'm now the third owner. First 2 took great care of it as it is the cleanest car I've owned. 80,365 miles, has hardly ever saw rain and it was snowed on for the first time ever while sitting on the car lot from where I bought it.
Always wondering why it has a "convertible look" o No: ? Here's another Mirada, right here in the Netherlands <img src=http://www.chevythierry.com/images/2003/200305-16-17-NSCC/images/DSCF0028.jpg> <img src=http://img30.photobucket.com/albums/v89/BuickPhoto/Terhorne2004/DSCF0036.jpg>
that is the CMX package. The car went from Chrysler to American Sunroof Company for the "convertible look" work. It is one of 2,005 done by them.
Hey LON, Over the 4th of July weekend when I'm in Knox I'm gonna swing my and fondle your Corinthian Leather:Brow: That is a nice car. I've always liked the looks of those.
Here's my "pimpmobile", as described by the obese female gas station clerk one night after work.................. http://www.moparts.org/moparts/picture/mopar03/moparty/img/DCP_0435.JPG It's actually a very nice riding car, funtional a/c, 20 mpg. Got a 1990 360, some go-fast parts and a 3.55:1 gear/SureGrip ready to go in this winter.
Oh C'mon Y4....No profession Ho-Wrangler would be caught in Da'Hood with dog dish hub caps on his Pimpmobile! Ya gonna need some 24" HOOP-Dee's on yo' bad ride for Da' Bling Bling...
Jeeeeez, You guys don't miss a lick. The Doba earned that moniker the week that I ran some old used chromed Cragar SST's on it. It has sinced gone incognito to retain a shred of dignity. Why is it anything made after about 1973 that is a sport/luxo ride (Cutlass, GP, MC, Doba or T-bird/Cougar)it is instantly a "pimpin" ride?? Kinda makes me feel glad I'm old and knew the musclecars when they were common.
