When looking at my stock coil where the red wire connects, there is also a black wire connected to the same terminal on the coil that runs down the side of the coil and connects to a metal canister/cylinder that is mounted to the coil. It appears to be a condenser. Do you guys know for sure what it is, and will it still be required after I swap in the pertronix ignitor ignition and flame thrower coil. Thanks again guys.
