mustang advice please

    I have a friend (a Ford friend mind you, but a friend nonetheless...;>)) who has a 66 Mustang convertible, 289 4V, Pony interior.

    Where is the best place to decode this car, and where is the best place to have the carb rebuilt? I think it has the original carb, whatever that is... Carter, AFB??

    All advice appreciated!!
