I have a 62 401 nailhead and want to put my muncie m21 behind it for a hot rod project I am working on. I found adapter kits new but $1300 is more than I want to pay right now. I am new to the nailhead so I do not know what factory parts may fit that I could buy used. 1. Are there factory bellhousings that would work for my setup? 2. What flywheel (externaly balanced) would work? 3. Do I need a special shifter fork or will my chevy one work? Thanks for the help.
