Muncie or Saginaw ID?

    I need help IDing this trans. any help appreciated

    Numbers I have are
    3925668 cast
    And 18n326305

    That's a Saginaw 4 speed. Muncies are completely aluminum.

    Saginaw.

    Saggies have all three shift linkages on the side plate.

    It looks to be a wide ratio trans, because Sags have either 0, 1, 2, or 3 rings on the input shaft depending on what gears are inside.

    0 being the widest, 3 being the closest.


    Also, a Borg Warner smiles at you:grin:

    The side cover curves at the bottom like its smiling.
