    Take a look at the 'frequently asked questions about 4 speeds' thread just below yours on page 2. Has a decode post about half way down.
    P= Muncie
    0= year 1970
    T= month December
    09= day 9th day
    B= trans code= M-21 (A= M-20, C= M-22)
