motor mounts

    the assembly manual shows color coded:eek:range for 455 and white for 350.i only saw an original on a 72 stage one that was old and greasy..it appeared that the whole mount was painted,not just a dot or swipe.can anyone weight in?

    hey bill the lower pads were cast or gray but the rubber mounts were distinguished with a paint smear or dot...i saw an original 72 stage 1 car that appeared to have a motor mount that was all orange havent seen any since

    I've seen the whole rubber part was painted, on the outside.
