This is a new (blow through) carb. Under hard braking it will cut off most of the time. I'm thinking possibly a low float levels, but it's just a wild guess here. Any ideas??

I would say check your float levels first. Sounds like they are low.

My Holley does this too. However, when it happens it starts smoking indicating alot of raw fuel was dumped into the engine. Very annoying.

Both fuel bowls were too high. I adjusted each until they were about halfway in the sight glass. The rear was way above the sight glass. Went for a ride and all was well until a jumped on the gas. Now the rear fuel bowl floods and it won't idle..

I'd take it apart and inspect the float, needles & seats. Could be some debris hanging you up?

Took it apart and didn't see anything.. Sprayed it down with carb cleaner, re-assembled and it appears to work.. The roads are wet, so I can't drive it. I bet it will run better with the floats adjusted right. I thought they came new adjusted properly??

Fuel pressure affects fuel bowl level. The higher the pressure, the higher the level. They come from the shop with some arbitrary setup that may or may not work for any particular combo.
