My dad had those is his 79 dodge pickup that I grew up in in the 80's except it was a three on the tree, which in my opinion is cooler as it was more unique to watch and learn that shift technique .

 

When I bought my 1992 Chevy pick up truck a few years back it came with a foot gas pedal. It’s got a metal brake pad also with a big flame on it.

 

I got a little foot dimmer switch. No 4sp although I got a TH400... No TP900 8 track I do got a working KP-500 (cassette player)in my car right now....

 

BAR BEAR..



A bear walks into a bar in Billings, Montana and sits down. He bangs on the bar with his paw and demands a beer.

The bartender approaches and says, "We don't serve beer to bears in bars in Billings."

The bear, becoming angry, demands again that he be served a beer.

The bartender tells him again, more forcefully, "We don't serve beer to belligerent bears in bars in Billings."

The bear, very angry now, says, "If you don't serve me a beer, I'm going to eat that lady sitting at the end of the bar."

The bartender says, "Sorry, we don't serve beer to belligerent, bully bears in bars in Billings."

The bear goes to the end of the bar, and, as promised, eats the woman. He comes back to his seat and again demands a beer.

The bartender states, "Sorry, we don't serve beer to belligerent, bully bears in bars in Billings who are on drugs."

The bear says, "I'm NOT on drugs."

The bartender says, "You are now. That was a barbitchyouate."

 

I helped a friend put a footy gas pedal on his Econoline van back in the late 80's -- I think we also put on a footy dimmer switch.

It also had a broken hold-down stud on the carburetor, which was held on by a pair of vice grips with the handles wrapped in electrical tape.

He finally took it to a mechanic for a tune up. Mechanic called him to tell him what he needed, and also asked if he wanted a new pair of vice grips...

 

Guilty... (dimmer footy and clutch pedal pad fell off and were tossed in the glove box)
