Hi, I've been here before. About 12 years ago I bought a 73 LeSabre and came here looking for info on her. I learned a lot, but ended up selling the car after a few years and I've been without a buick for the last 6 years or so. I almost pulled the trigger on a car last June, but decided against, it needed more work than I wanted to put into it. But I did manage to acquire a nice 2 door 73 custom earlier this month. It's in great shape, only 78k miles on it, and needs very little. But I do have a few things in mind with it. It's been a while so I need to get up to speed on a few things (either going to do an hei or pertronix on it, some suspension and wheel things). But I'm finally back in a Buick and I'm happy. FWIW, my love of the big Buicks comes from my youth. My family car in the 70s and 80s was a green 73 4 door LeSabre, which I inheirited as my first car. I drove that thing until it fell apart in college. After that I had an 83 LeSabre which I also drove the hell out of. I loved both those cars and I still love the big Buicks. Thanks Tom
