:grin: I just wanted to start off buying saying thanks for all of your prayers regarding my employment, my wife's medical issue, and trying to get our transportation back on the road. Well all that happened and them some.... my wife is doing a lot better, our van is fixed (they found 2 other problems in their preventive inspections.... besides). My employment still stands as working as a subsistute teacher ( mainly now) and not very much at the street rod shop. Now the blessings plus ....... We haved rented for a long time now and our current landlord had promised us several times to let us buy this house on contract...but several times when it got down to it, he backed out used exscuses, threaten to kick us out.....our payments for rent were and still are the house payments... he dosent want to lose that income ..so to speak....this house is(from what I understand) paid for. Well we've been praying on what to do about our housing issue, we came accross one the price had been reduced it had been vacant for 2 yrs and it is a repo. We inquired about it and found out that yes the new realtor was interested in selling it to us on contract. It is a a fixer upper and I was heasitant about buying still, then with a warm smile he said " I never done this before and I see you guys really want this house, how about on top of the contract loan I add $10, 000 more so you can use to help get in it and fix it up?" There is an Angel and a God his name is JACK..... WOW....unbelievable...but that's what we did. Hopefully we will be moving in sometime during April. I have 3 good interviews coming up for management positions, 2 of which are in the automotive field. Also we got a new a better computer tower...with a cheaper intrenet service. My daughter also feels well to, she scared us with the ole appendix , but got to it before it leaked. SO.......PRAISE GOD!!!...... HE IS WORKING in MYSTERIOUS WAYS.... Again thanks for your prayers. but keep praying PS.....it also has a garage!!!
