Please read these 8 year old threads before you post for parts. As it says above, he is out of business.
From what I've heard - the owner was out of compliance on codes. May have been personal issues also. Cannot say agree with much of their initiatives out there, or general pricing, but will not veer into politics. The old Neil Diamond song - where he sings of "rents are low" wow it must have been great back in the day.
Old post brings back memories when wife and I visited Mike Hogan's Buick Bonery back in 2011 while out there for the ROA national in Sacramento. Had a ton of rust free Riv stuff. What a great adventure for a car guy from the PA rust belt. Bought some sheet metal from him. Good prices and dealings I had with Mike were good. I am pretty sure he told me he was regulated out of business and could not afford to bring the place up to code. It was in a populated area.
Yeah, & sad part is he was there long before it got populated. Like drag strips. People buy homes by a busy hi-way & then complain about the noise???? What'd they do close down the hi-way when you went to look at the house???
OK V-8 People: Purchased an 8 car package from Ken back in the day. That was fun. How much fun? A lota lotta lotta fun!!! Mitch
