Manual Change over

Will the pedals, linkage, and steering column from a stick 65 skylark changeover to a 66 skylark?

I've go an automatic and am thinking about going to a stick.

Appreciate any information you may have.

I have a couple 67 GS400 setups. One in the car. One out. If it will help and you want some measurements to see if they are similar/same send a pm.

They will interchange fine as long as one vehicle isnt nailhead powered.

 

Both cars, the 65 skylark and my 66 skylark have the 300 cu in engine.

Are you saying they won't change over??

 

They will interchange just fine. a nailhead is a 401 or 425 engine.

 

Man, I got to get the "lingo" straight! I thought I had a "baby' nailhead and now I fing out it's just an orphan.

An underpowered orphan at that. Someday I hope to take care of that.
