    436'd Skylark Sweet Fancy Moses!!!!!

I just bought a M20 was hoping to get some info on it. For starters, What type of horespower/torque will it take? should it have trouble behind a warmed up 430? Also, does anybody have any ETs witha M20? Thanks..

The M20 is a wide ratio version of the M21 (a close ratio transmission). With it you'll get more RPM drop on each shift than with the M21. Should hold up fine under a mild-semi-mild BBB. Under racing conditions any of these trannies (oem type) have a limited life span simply because they are built for the masses who like inexpensive syncromesh trannies. Gotta spend a bunch more for a box to abuse.
