An old friend in south GA called me this weekend to tell me he got "another" Buick. It seems an elderly man had passed away, leaving behind a 69 Skylark Convertible that was under a tarp in a field. His wife sold it to my friend for 1000.00. It cranked and was driven after an oil change and some fresh gas... The part that got me was: It has a 455/TH-400 in it. What a deal.... How did he find it? His sister owns the insurance agency that insured the car, so the owner's widow wanted the insurance canceled on it. She informs my buddy, and now he has 3 Buicks.
