lost my decoder ring... need help

    Here is my trim tag.
    12B
    ST 67-44667FL1 99467 body
    TR 198-B J-2 Paint
    WXT 2LF
    4C 5KY &

    What the car has: 4 speed, Posi rear, power windows, power drivers seat. clock, passenger side remote mirror, Green with black top and interior.

    Are these original to the car and am I missing anything? (car wise)
