Rod bolts on a nailhead do not use washers... if they have washers on them they are not supposed to... somebody put them on there.... adding them will throw the engine out of balance slightly... and effect the torque readings... get rid of them.... and retorque the bolts with just nuts and no washers of any kind.... I have some .... for free....
