Hello guys, I just recently bought a 1985 Regal. I'm in need of some parts catalogs to get this project rollin'. I just want to see what is out there in the aftermarket and where I can take my car in terms of performance and appearance. Also if you have any good websites that have parts listed.

I would like to make this thing a GN clone on the outside at least but will be using my Buick 350 to power it, at least for the time being.

    Thanks.

Try TurboBuick.com for the parts needed to transform your Regal into a GN clone. Great site I might add.

    alec296 i need another buick

i did the same thing with my 83.
the 350 is a bolt in with v6 mounts
the valvecover on the pass side might hit ac box slightly
you could find a76-up valve cover for that side it might help
get a 3.23-3.42-3.73 gear for the rearend out of a astrovan,s-10,jimmy,
    camaro,firebird
i had 3.42s in mine really took off nice
the camaro-firebird-jimmy-bravada posi will work up to 96 ish not sure what year they changed axle splines
the 7.5 rear will hold up to a 350 if you get good posi-
i broke mine only because i had open rear and broke a spider gear
was easy fix just went to junk yard and got some spares

My T-Type hood needs a good home.... The Mi rust has set in. It has plenty of life left if you do the usual body work associated with an '84 car from the midwest.

mrunning307@hotmail.com or PM me if interested...

Not to hijack the thread... The above sites mentioned are where we go for stuff.
