Work with a guy that has a 1963 C2 modified/restomod and cannot seem to find anyone reliable to work on the car. His speedo is not working properly and the 383 stroker motor is not performing as it should and bogging when he pushes it. Hes had two mechanics work the issues and cannot seem to get it right. This guy is not a mechanic but he absolutely loves this car and disappointed that he cannot find anyone with his passion (or technical ability) to work on it. He's already been through two mechanics that supposedly specialize in the Corvettes and came away disappointed. Very nice Corvette.. :TU: Does anyone have any recommendations for a good GM mechanic in and around the Westchester New York area that could be of help? The owner is looking for someone to maintain his Corvette long term. Mike
