A couple of weeks ago I took a friend of mine to get a new car, he had to go to this one dealership a MOPAR at that, which is 50 miles away to get a used 2001 Monte Carlo SS for 15K (that in it self is a whole another story) so he spent the better part of the morning looking at cars and driving them while I got a salesmen to show me around. I am 6 foot 10 and I was just trying to test drive everything they had on the lot, but most of the stuff I couldnt fit in due to my height, I drove the new Daytona Ram, Diesel Jeep Liberty it was alright but both to small. About a 30 mins before we where going to leave I saw a 300 C and the badge saying it had a HEMI in it, so I dance around a little debating if I should do it or, so finally I got in and I fit nicely I took it for a spin and it has some balls, if I was a MOPAR guy I would of gotten it.

So fast forward 3 weeks, I take out my 69 skylark and I see a 300 C pull up to me, I thinking back a few weeks and driving that same car, I didnt know if this had a hemi in it or not , plus I just got my car out and I havent done the post season tune up. All I was out for was a little drive, nothing more then that, he pulled up and gave it a little gas to show it has some horses under the hood; I in return did the same w/ a mini brake stand. (Pretty long light I know) then we both exchanged that look of lets get it on,
Off the jump he hit the gas to hard and spun the tiers, both of mine caught and I was fully across the intersection before he was halfway threw it. I got about 1/3 mile ahead before I let off. He came flying past me and up and over a hill and just like I thought a state cop was waiting and nailed him for at least 30 over in a school zone, and yes it had a HEMI in it

Doh! Hey it almost sounds like he was trying to do the infamous "ricer flyby". People need to know when the race is over, it's over! It would've at least saved that guy a ticket and he should've known to shut it down before going into a school zone for crying out loud!
