I'm looking for a new or NOS stator and detent switch for a 67 Riviera w/ st400. I think the part number is 1375966. This is the switch that connects to the carb linkage. (see picture) Does anyone know where I might buy a new one or get the original switch in working order?
That's an awful purty motor ya got there! :TU: These switches come up on Ebay every so often. About a year ago it seems there was an NOS in original box every 2 weeks or so. I haven't seen one recently though. The internals seem pretty basic, see the pics in THIS THREAD . It's probably worth taking it apart and cleaning it up inside. It looks like dirty/corroded contacts is all that can go wrong with them. Good luck and let us know how you make out.
