Probably not the right forum for this, but the closest I could think of. I've never seen it discussed on v8.

Am I the only one with a small collection? I have 5 Ohio plates total.:beer
    1 1963
    1 1967
    2 1970
    1 1973
I think they may have quit making them in 74 or 75. I got a few picts, however they didn't turn out so well...

I remember those. Those are pretty cool! I haven't seen any of them for more years than I would want to count. Never seen anyone selling any.

Yep, I remember those when I was a kid. My parents had them. I think the Disabled American Vets made them. On the back it said something like- "if found drop in any mailbox, postage guaranteed"

Try and find a mailbox these days

My grandfather used to get those every year and we used to play with the ones that had expired. He had a whole chain of them. His were also from Ohio.

I hadn't thought about them in years. I wonder what happened to them. Probably just thrown in the garbage with about a million other things from their house that I'd love to have now.

They pop on ebay once in awhile. Would be neat to have one match the plates.

Yep, I plan on changing one of my 70's to a 71 with my plate 33 V. That is, if I ever get around to it...

You are correct about the back Jason.:beers2:

My '58 Dodge had these. The cool part was the black plates were still on my car (California, '63 was the earliest sticker I peeled off those plates, but keychains had "1964-65" stickers on them, and it was disabled american vets, drop in any mailbox, postage guaranteed...
